Can someone explain what this is all about? Why are the markets tanking because of it? Is it good or bad in the long term?

Is it good or bad in the long term?In my opinion it's the best thing the UK could have done for themselves. The EU is nothing more than a "one world government" - taking jobs away from the citizens of that country, forcing unwanted immigration on the UK, and ruling them with laws that apply to ALL of the EU. The UK will soon be FREE again and can control their country the way THEY see fit. I believe the Brexit vote is the beginning of the end for the EU. Other countries will follow the lead of the UK. The markets have fallen because the elite who control the EU are worried snotless about all that money leaving their pockets. They're losing their control, which is bad for them, and good for the UK. Things will slow down for a bit, but they will pick up again and the UK can once again be the great country it used to be.
