I never make  New Years  resolutions as i never keep them. , Time flys and i just forget about them. Here it is the year is half gone and i have never thought about  the first of the new year.

I usually start new habits or goals from the year before, its less stressful and more doable.

I don't make new years resolutions. I feel like if something needs to be fixed then do it. Don't wait until the next year to start or put extra pressure on your self because it is the new year. I also think people are less likely to keep up with changes when it is label new years resolution.

My new years resolution was to drink less soda. For the first part of the year I did great but lately work has been more stressful so I have been getting more headaches. To help with that I have been drinking soda and coffee for caffeine. I definitely want to make sure that I cut back down on the amount of soda I am drinking.
