Who has been to Six Flags Great America?

I got season passes this year for the one in Chicago area! Goliath is my FAVORITE ride with Raging Bull a very close 2nd!

I have season passes to six flags great adventure in New Jersey. I really like hurricane harbor water park. I have used the passes at six flags New England and six flags Washington but have not been to the six flags in Chicago.

The only Six Flags park I have ever been to was Worlds of Adventure in Aurora, Ohio (now an eerie "ghost town" of a former amusement park).  I would like to experience a few of the rides at Great America, but I don't really foresee making a special trip to go there. My wife doesn't do the rides much.  We enjoy walking around and seeing shows, but I doubt we would travel to Illinois just for that.


I've mentioned before (and will again) that I live five minutes from the best collection of rollercoasters in the world - at Cedar Point.  We have season passes and have actually gone over there the past two evenings for a few hours.  We are on the meal plan, so we went over each night after work for [free] dinner.  Monday night we caught a live - song and dance - show in an air conditioned theater; last night we walked through the Dinosaurs Alive exhibit and my daughter and I rode a few smaller rides and the Corkscrew coaster.

I went to Six Flags Over Georgia when I was a teenager.  It had just opened up and it was the largest theme park I had ever been to.  I'm sure now it is even bigger.
