All the time, but we just make the deli counter the first stop and buy a few chicken legs and some JoJo's to eat while we shop, then pay for the empty bags when we checkout.

I do like the idea but it would be too much to over spend on if you prefer to go hungry. Then if you are taking the kids while they are hungry it would be even harder to say no to something they need right at the moment. I would say there was a few times I did that and I ended up going to a restaurant first, by the time I was done. The grocery store was already closing down at night.

I try not to. However most the time yes, because the grocery store I shop at is a 30 mile round trip, I always treat myself to fast food afterwards

I have and of course it is a mistake to do so... you buy so much stuff and most of it on impulse and junk! So unhealthy. i try to eat at least a fiber bar or something before going.

I have noticed that if I am overly full, i wont buy what i need either! like the sight of food is too much so i end up not getting my shopping done effectively, lol.

Yes, if I shop when I am hungry, I generally purchase more than I intended but if I shop on a full stomach, nothing looks good to me and I don't purchase enough for the next week!
Have a wonderful day!

I have heard that it is not good to go grocery shopping when you are hungry too, but I do it. I don't do it on purpose though. Usually I will go to Walmart and browse other items before I shop for groceries and by the time I start grocery shopping, I become hungry lol.
