Your Surveys

I keep getting an error message with Your Surveys ( which are basically the only surveys that I'm getting!)

I submitted a ticket on 5/31/16. The first time I tried to submit ticket it said Google emails were an issue. It did eventually let me submit ticket. But it's been no progress. Any idea what I did wrong?

What device are you using? What browser?

I no longer try the Your Surveys on my FC page because I never qualify. Sometimes there are no other surveys for me but I keep checking all day and night long. 

Surveys come and surveys go. They show up on members pages different days and times.

UPDATE

I went to my survey page and tried three Your Surveys. I had no trouble assessing. I got disqualified from all three but did earn a penny.  I used chrome.

Also note that Your Surveys takes a very long time to reply to tickets. They replied to my last one two months after I submitted it. They eventually fixed my issue, but it took two months.

I have the same problem with livedailysample. It says There are no surveys available but if I enter a new email, it will allow me to complete surveys for about a week or 2 then it won;t let me do anymore ???

metsrock, I get the same thing with livedailysample, but if I refresh it will give me surveys to try

You might!  I submitted a ticket to Your Surveys last NOVEMBER (2015), and I am STILL waiting on them to correct the problem.  If you look at the top of your submitted ticket, it will tell you the number of days out before you get a reply.  Unfortunately, I think it's all BS because I check almost every day, and the "days out" keeps changing!

It offered the option when I got the account locked page. It now shows the ticket as pending when I get the account locked page.

Sorry about your issue with the surveys just some will not work at times. The YourSurveys are not easy to get through from the get go it reminds me how sampalicious was when i first joined fusion but its's not as bad now. Just simple facts you will get them when you get them and other surveys will phase you out or just die

Send a reply on your original ticket every few weeks. They say it restarts your ticket wait time to scare you, but by updating the ticket, there's a better chance someone would reply sooner. I sent three messages, spread a few weeks ago each time, finally got a reply and resolution after 2 months.
