Blood pressure

Do you check your blood pressure daily or do you wait until you go to the doctor to get it checked? I have a machine at home and use to check mine, but to be honest, I no longer check it. I will get better and start checking it again.

I don't check mine because its always low to normal. My husband checks his regularly.

I have high blood pressure so I have to check mine everyday.

I wait until I go to the doctor, even though my doctor told me to be checking it often. I can't afford the monitor.

I only have it checked at the doctors.  My blood pressure is always in the normal range, I'm very lucky that it is.

I have a home monitor that goes on my wrist.  I check it occasionally, it's always low.
My husband has high blood pressure & takes meds, that's why we have it.  He checks his frequently.

It doesn't concern me much.
As other things, it fluctuates during a day's time.
you cannot pin it down.

No, I generally run a low blood pressure, we have a monitor at home because hubby's is high and he is on medication, I may check once in a awhile or sometimes when I am in the grocery store I check at the machine located in the pharmacy; but generally just wait until I see the doctor.

I check my blood pressure whenever I go to the grocery store.  They have a "Higi" station near the pharmacy so I usually sit down and have it check while I'm there.  I've noticed that my high blood pressure is coming down since I began to increase potassium and reduce sodium.

Doctor when doing physical exam... Dont have that bad of a lifestyle (health) or at the age to even worry about blood pressure

I don't usually check my blood pressure (even though I have been diagnosed with HBP) because usually I take my daily dose of BP meds and it remains steady.  I usually can tell when it goes out of whack just by the way I feel and that's when I check it.

I check my BP every other day.  I just checked it last night and it was within the norm.

Only check it when I go to the doctor and it's always normal.  I have a monitor but haven't checked it at home in over three years.  Everyone in my family has high blood pressure and take medication.

my blood pressure is high but in the normal range. I do have a cuff but found when I checked it daily I go more stressed out. so I watch what i eat and have the doctors check it  works much better
