Manual Credits?

So I did the Bidz.com offer and got the coolest necklace for my mom..however I need to do a manual credit, I don't have the email, but i have the receipt, the shipping package all of that..is there still a way for me to the get credit for the offer?

open a support ticket and ask admin

Email Bidz.com and ask them to resend the confirmation email.

thats wut the administrators will tell u when u open a support ticket for this problem they told me the exact same thing when i didnt get my conformation email from the offers i did all u do is contact them give them ur email address and they will send it to u no questions asked jus say u need it for ur records
