Chewing gum

I have not chewed gum in probably 10 years. I used to like the classic Juicy Fruit though,

I used to chew a lot of gum... now it happens rarely.. when I do we have orbit or trident at home... my favorites are "wintermint" and "sweet mint" from orbit!!

I don't chew gum, it will make you hungry and then you eat and gain weight, so I don't chew gum.

I like it sometimes it helps cut back my smoking. I like all kinds except the really sugary kinds.

I go through periods of chewing gum like a fiend. Orbit was my most recent favorite. Sugar free. I have problems with belly bloat even though I'm slim, and from what I've read, chewing gum can contribute to this because you're swallowing air. Same with using straws for drinking. Chewing gum seemed to increase my appetite, too, which is exactly the opposite of what it's supposed to do! Lol
