What Decade in History Would You Say Had the Best Music?

Tough question, but I've got to speak up for instrumentals of the 60s.  The 60s had many genres, but the instrumentals had their heyday in the early years of the decade before the British invasion, making a comeback with memorable top 10 hits at the end.

70's all the way...but 60's and 80's were good too...but when it comes down to it..i just like music and will listen to it all...prefer rock

The 80s by far because bands/artists were given full reign to experiment and not just be "cookie" cutter me too artists.
