digital cable or satelite i like having the digital cable i had satelite but when it rains or gets windy you loose the signal

I like digital as well. I had Direct tv before and didn't like the service interruptions  at all.

I couldn't agree with you more!  I much prefer the digital cable, but the only company here charges a VERY pretty price and they only give NEW customers a break.  Many people here go back and forth between cable and satellite because the cable company forgets about their "long time" customers who never see that break.  Right now, we're doing the satellite thing and I can't believe how many channels are INFOMERCIALS.  I don't know if the cable company is doing the same thing since it's been a couple of years since we had cable TV.  I rarely watch any television because many of the shows just don't interest me and there are just too many commercials between 2 minutes worth of show.  I feel like all we're paying for is commercials!

I used to have digital cable and it is a lot more reliable than satellite (which I have now.)

love our digital cable.  we started out with direct tv, like yours..every time it rained it would go out.  now we have time warner cable bundled with cable/phone/internet.  rarely have any trouble anymore.

Although I don't watch tv, Digital Cable because of reception... I remember using satellite before and the connection keeps disconnecting or have poor reception due to inclement weathers
