Can't send support ticket

I signed up for the Zales panel in the survey section. I think it was for $1.40 credit and I still haven't received credit for it.

I went to send a support ticket, but after filling out the form, I keep getting the message "please fill out the form completely". But I have and they still won't let me send it.

That's kind of weird.  I just want to say that I sent in a Ticket regarding a different subject on April 11th and I still haven't heard a word back from Support.  They didn't used to take this long to reply to tickets, but your guess is as good as mine.

I have not opened a support ticket in some time but my memory is that after filling out the form, you have to view the questions and answers and then check off that your question was not answered and you want to continue to send your support ticket.

Yep, Boston phil is  correct you have to answer questions first and it brings you to another area.

I sent three support tickets and received replies to all of them the following day. They're pretty busy for some reason. It states they're receiving more than usual traffic with tickets.
