 I don't think I have ever had perfect attendance at work, or at school for that matter. My kids are 9 and 11 and I try to get them to school unless they really are unwell with a temperature or vomiting. One year my son went the whole year without taking a day off school. Nobody said anything or congratulated him for his perfect attendance. If made me feel less inclined to encourage him in to school when he feels under the weather.

Nope, just working hard and management don't even notice how there people work.

Normally no, but I did 2 years ago I got a special bonus because I didn't miss a day of work in over 2 years.
