Cize dancing video

Has anyone purchased the Cize video and lost weight? I get excited when I see the infomercial, but I am scared to try it due to my bad knees and other issues.

I plan on starting my walking program when the weather gets better.

i haven't seen that one...i also have bad knees and a bad back...and i also am planning on getting back to walking if this weather will ever stay warm...lol...got some weight to lose..as of right now i am trying to get used to doing something...every hour i try to do something for a few minutes and drink a glass of water every hour..

I saw the infomercial for it this morning and I got very excited about it as well. The people really looked like they were having fun. The excited died for me when I saw the price for it. Four payments of $20. That just told me they cared more about my money than about my health. Shelling out $80 for something that may or may not work is a lot of money. Everyone wants to advocate being healthy and helping over become healthy as well.. but then they put a price on it. If either one of you do decide to purchase the videos.. let me know how it goes..
