I want to get a new TV and can't decide between a LG or Samsung.  Any recommendations?

I have a Samsung in my bedroom which I received for Christmas. So far I have no complaints. I really enjoy the larger screen. From what I understand both brands are very good. :rainbow: :rose: :peace:

Samsung is one of the best out there. They make top quality products.

I am thinking about buying a new one.  One of the reason I like the community form is when some one brings up an item and others give  reviews sort of on it. Helps in deciding. The other reason is I like to get paid for voicing my opinion on different subjects.

I would do research on what features you want before deciding on a brand that has what you want. I feel that would be better that way. But Samsung has a lot of new TVs with great innovation which I can recommend if you can afford it.

We've had an high definition LG  TV for a quiet a few years.  It's been great.   Got it on sale when Circuit City was going out of business.   But I agree with others, it depends on what you're looking for in a television. Both are great brands.  Do your research based on what you're wanting to spend.

Personally, I believe that Samsung is the better brand...but only because I have only dealt exclusively with them. I have four of them in my house (two large screens for the living room and two smaller ones for each of my bedrooms).

If you're on a budget, I think LG is a bit cheaper.

I have a Philips that I really like. We just got a Samsung last year that is really nice too. I like the Samsung because you can watch flash drives on it. I download lots of stuff online.

I have two Samsung TVs and am very happy with them. One of them is even a Smart TV which is great.
