Carousel Videos Won't Credit

Anyone having trouble getting the carousel videos to credit? I keep encountering an error when I enter the captcha....no hyprmx videos and striking out on surveys

Sometimes they credit and other times, they don't. This is also true of other videos.

You might try using another browser.  Sometimes that helps and other times, it doesn't.

There are so many videos these days that I can't keep up with all that credit and which ones don't. I'm happy with what I am earning from videos.

I have been having this issue as well. I personally love watching videos, but very few if any of the links in the Video tab actually have videos. Most just send me to a site that doesn't have any vid, just the site itself.

I use Firefox, but I have tried Explorer and Google Chrome as well without any luck. No vids, no credit. Nothing.

I did, however, notice a repeated "error" flash when carousel and other "watch content" vids similar to it were opened. I managed a decent screenshot in that split-second of one error...but sadly the browser was not wide enough to contain all of it.

Edit: I did manage to get a pop-up on the Watch Content vid, but cannot post it as it becomes a link. Should I try to send it in a message to Support/Staff or just hold onto it?

A lot of the "videos" are not actual videos, some are just for example health information pages,  if you leave those open for a bit (like you would be reading them) they do credit.  In fact for me the have been the reliable versus the carousel ones which I can probably count on one hand the days they have actually worked & credited and it is not always the same error with them.

Thanks for that! I'll have to give it a try with the 'page video' offers!

And I'm also having captcha issues and problems getting carousel type videos to credit.

However, I'm having more success with the HyperMX offers than I ever have! Two days ago, I racked up 45 cents in one sitting when I usually only get one credit!

I sent a message to support a couple days ago, and their response did not sound like they had heard about the videos not crediting.

If all we do is chat about them on here, it won't get fixed.

They asked what I am experiencing and I told them that, and to look on the forum complaint.

Please others send support tickets too so we can get these fixed?  Having a hard time getting any videos to work.

ALRIGHT! :-) I think I hit on the secret, for me at least... I finished a "Content Carousel" and let the screens sit open after it finished, a few minutes later I got an email alerting me to a .02¢ credit for the offer... I've now got three under my belt!

Content Carrousel is  not working for me. Did it five times,  It went through the whole process, and I did not get credited.

I think the support folks are really sick of me by now.

I gave up on support when all they did was tell me to try something else, that there was so many ways of making money on FC.  They obviously didn't read the ticket,  I was trying to report a security concern, that after being redirected when I went to watch a video Nothing worked properly and nothing credited.  Happened on 2 different occasions.  Instead of thanking me for the info and saying the would check into it.  They give the canned answers and tell me to move on to something else,  I could have cared less about the pennies lost,  it was the potential threat to my computer (and others) I was concerned about.

If all these glitches have more to it than a site that needs a "tune up", we are all in trouble.

I am sure support gets sick of a lot of whining, and often unnecessary questions etc, but some are serious

I have enjoyed this site for almost a year, and told others about it.

However this has gone on for quite a while. I had not thought about a possible security issue. My focus has been on it being a "well-oiled machine".

sometimes i have issues with those as well
