Do you recycle soda/pop bottles or do you throw them away?

we have bottle bill in Mass. so most of my water and seltzer bottles I return redemption. Some of my water bottles aren't covered under the bottle bill and those I will re cycle. Fewer things that I can put in a land fill the better. As much as I can I recycle :rose: :rainbow:

We do, we recycle as much as possible.   Not always easy in my community but we do the best we can.  If it can't be recycled I try to find alternative uses for items.

Where I live, there is the trash and the recycling. So that's easy for use to put things where they need to go.

We mostly get cans, so I recycle all the aluminum cans. Most of my flavored water comes in cans as well.

I recycle everything that I can. I use to go around picking cans up all over my town. I don't have a truck anymore so that is the main reason why I stopped doing it.

Yes, I recycle. I have a separate garbage can for cans/bottles/papers/etc and always try to find a recycling can when I'm out.

We recycle as much as possible.  Our town is very pro-active with recycling too.
We have a co-mingled program which means we can put all of our glass bottles/jars, plastics, tin, aluminum and paper in the large city provided recycling container.

The truck comes curbside to everyone's home twice a month to pick up the recycling.

I recycle aluminum cans, scrap metal and wires.  I do this more as a capitalist than acting altruistically or environmentally. I take these scraps to the junk yard twice a year and get about two hundred dollars. This used to be part of my money making 'hobby' goals until my family caught on that there may have been some money involved. They still throw out aluminum, I still move it from the garbage into the recycle bin and they get the benefit.  I am truly glad that they are not able to access any of my hobby accounts or figure out how I am making money from so many side gigs like fusion cash! I do this while I wait for downloads on my second job projects.  Each file takes about five minutes which allows me to make a post and watch a video.

We recycle bottles, mostly water bottles than soda. Some soda's are only recycled in certain states.
