What are your thoughts on this nominee?

I don't know enough to feel qualified to make a decision.  I do trust our president to make that decision.  I hate there is such turmoil over this issue.   It's always about politics and that's a shame in my eyes.  For the republicans  to say they will not even shake his hand is horrible.   They seem so arrogant that the republicans will win the next election, I can't help but wonder, have they considered what will happen if Bernie Sanders wins.

I was just reading where Obama & Biden did the very same/ or similar thing to Bush... so it's payback coming around.  Karma.  There actually is an audio clip where Biden was stating the very same thing that is going on now to Bush on appointing a SCOTUS...  so it's not a Republican thing.

I also read that Clinton was trying to nominate Garland during his Presidental term, but then put him over the Oklahoma Bombing Trial...   in that trial, Garland refused to let any of the victims, or witnesses on the stand.     I haven't researched any of this, which is how I usually approach any news story, so I don't know the specifics... yet.

Never heard of him. But since he's the pick of a president that complains that the Constitution gets in his way, that tells me everything I need to know.

One he is a true liberal, and we don't need another one .  two he is a friend of Obama,  three Obama  and bidden along with a democrat congress stopped Bush from putting aa new judge in  before he left office , So I would say it is tit for tat. What is good for the democrats should be good for the republicans.
