Problem with Surveys
« on: March 13, 2016, 08:18:14 am »
Is anyone else having any problems with the surveys?  The past couple of days every time I click on a link for a survey it says it cannot connect.  So then I miss the opp to even do and get credit for the survey.  Just curious as to if any one else is having any problems.  This has been going on the past couple of days.

No, you don't understand.  This is something I have never seen before.  When I click the link it starts to go then gives me a message that says foxfire cannot connect to the server.

As a matter of fact, one of the survey panels that I typically do very well with most every day did something I've never seen happen before:  After I filled out the preliminary info., which is how it always begins, I tried going to the next page to start the questionnaire and the new page instructed me to close my browser.

Sometimes when this survey company has nothing available at the time it will do something like that but I have never seen it happen where I'm asked to close the browser.

I've had success with this survey yesterday but this is what happened today.   ???

That is exactly what happened.  I submitted a support ticket.  It is every survey.  Grrr.  I even tried with a different browser.  : (

I had been doing really well with surveys lately.  Now I am sad.

I, too, hope they fix the problem for you!  FusionCash is so good at fixing problems!  My biggest problem with surveys is constant disqualification!  I don't think that can be "fixed"!

I, too, have been doing very well with the surveys of late until this latest mystery.  I'm not sure if it is going on with all of the survey companies or not.  All I can say is that during this same time frame, I was DQ'd for a FC Survey.  I did, however, get my penny so that's good news.   :)

I'm also sad, so you are in good company.  Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon and we will be back to 'Happy Earnings.'

It started working today.  Idk.  I did complete a survey 2 minutes ago and then when I finished it says oh you are not qualified to take this survey.  :(

lol.  Nope, no penny for me either.  It was just this site as I did not have any issues on any of my other sites.

Oh that's no good.  >:(  Keep the faith and keep trying because the survey panel that was in question for me credited me for a really cool survey; and while I was waiting for credit, I completed a hotel search offer.

Very hopefully in your case the survey credits will start rolling in again.   :)

I am usually told right up front if I don't qualify , but once in a while I will go all the way through and then get bumped. they have the information and then don't want to pay. Or like the one today, it was on TV ads. I went through the whole thing and of course when it come to the one on liquor I answered I don't drink well then I had to close out with some numbers   showing I was not a robot and then low and behold it come up I didn't qualify. After finishing it. Of course they paid me a penny which I did not think was right.  Oh well I guess they are happy playing their games.

the only problem i have with them is when you do the whole survey and then get told sorry quota full or your not qualified it is aggervating to go though all of it especially the 30 45 or 60 minute ones

Ohhhh that makes me really mad.  And I have had it happen on other surveys as well.  I think it is more aggravating when they ask your child to participate and then they do it and get kicked out after completing the survey.
