My TV keeps me company.  Even when I read I might press the mute button so the sound doesn't distract me; however, it's still on.  I have certain times when I watch a specific program but I don't usually give my TV my undivided attention.

Have a great day!

I have certain TV shows I enjoy watching.  I limit the number of hours I watch TV so I can work on my online survey's and make extra cash which does come in handy.   :)

That's not very healthy unless you watch a workout show.

If I just did things that were healthy, I wouldn't have much fun.

Then take time every now and then to stay calm. Simple sedentary activities should be a reward for being healthy.

I really don't watch a lot of TV, I have a lot of stuff on my DVR just don't have time to watch it, with my little one running around and going to school. Most of the time if I'm not playing with my daughter I am studying.

TV's really only nice for sports like NFL or NBA. Those are the only things worth watching to me
