Hamburgers or Turkey Burgers?

I love hamburgers, but sometimes order Turkey Burgers they are suppose to be healthy for you.

I will eat a turkey burger more than a regular hamburger because the turkey is suppose to be more healthier.

I love both turkey and beef burgers. They both offer unique flavors and health benefits. I purchase the meats with the least amount of fat. Also I cook with cocpnut oil to add to the health benefits. I also use both types of meat to make meatballs and meatloaf.

Thanks for the 411. I have never tried a turkey burger before. I am not sure if it is healthier or the same. Someday I will try it but for now, I will stay with what I am used to.

Tried turkey burgers once and that was the only time I tried. All beef here for me.

Turkey Burgers at home ... hamburgers out! I only purchase ground turkey every week to cook with at home but sometimes you just need a good cheeseburger so I go to Braums or Sonic.
