i love corn beef and cabage but no one in my house eats it but me so i never buy it
I never let that stop me, there are lots of foods I have to fix for myself!!! Fortunately, corned beef and cabbage is not one of them, because my wife loves it too.

My mom always made ham and cabbage .. I have never tried corn beef but I will be trying it this year as the place I work is gonna make the irish dish with corn beef as it is cheaper than ham

We bought six corned beef roasts when they were on sale and have eaten two of them already. Great sandwich meat at a bargain price.

We have a slow cooker, think it's somewhat the same. Generally I just put my meat in and leave it in overnight cooking on  low and it is juicy, nice and tender in the morning. I may set my alarm and add vegetables some time during the night since the y do not require that much cooking time. I love Corn beef and cabbage, have never made but eaten it when friends and family have prepared. Hope your pressure cooker works out for you, I've heard that they are good just make sure to read the instructions.
