roasting a turkey.  It already smells so good and the cats are about to go crazy.  Just hope it turns out as good as my anticipations say it will.

I'm sure it will be very tasty.  I know I have cats and they love the smell of chicken/turkey roasting.  Now you made me hungry for roast turkey, think I will have to hit the grocery store to buy one!  Thanks for the idea countrygirl

...getting cabin fever.  It has snowed heavily here in mid-Michigan and I am over it even though it has not been that bad a winter.  Tomorrow I am out the door for several errands and I can't wait until the temps reach high 50's and even 60 here next week according to the forecasters.  Please be right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a big turkey.  So I am thinking about making some soup or some sort of casserole.   Maybe some turkey noodle soup!
