My cashout was denied...
« on: February 27, 2016, 08:16:04 pm »
In all of my previous cashouts, I have been using the check method, but recently while I was waiting on my last cashout, I found out it was denied. The reason stated that It was due to the check being signed over to somebody else...I double checked the mailing address and there was nothing different...The only thing I could think of is that perhaps since my bank account is a joint one between myself and my father...maybe there was a mistake? I sent a support ticket but it said there was an influx of tickets coming in...it also stated that my ticket was upgraded to tier one for further research. Its alright to use a joint bank account to make a cashout, right?

I have always used PayPal with FC but I do get checks from other sites.  I also have a joint bank account with my husband. With my checks, I either cash them or deposit them and have never had a problem.  Keep on top of your support ticket and let us know what happened.  You might want to use Direct Deposit.

I suggest signing up for paypal like suggested.  It is easy and you get your money each  cash out and you can transfer to you checking account

Thank you for the advice. Although the account is in both of our names, there is an unspoken agreement that my father has the final say in any actions taken with the account. He said that when the support ticket gets a reply, he will be willing to let me start a direct deposit, but no paypal. But hearing others say that they also use a joint bank account really makes me feel better about the issue! I guess all thats left is to wait for the support ticket to come in :)

I think this will be my last time with this site.  I haven't gotten my first payment yet because I'm waiting to get my balance above $25 but I keep hearing about cashouts being denied which is fishy.  I think it's a way to not pay people and I don't have time for this kind of risk/games.

tcruz, Stick around for a bit before you make a rash decision.  For every cashout that has a denial or delay issue, there are perhaps thousands which are fast, efficient, and legitimate.  Look in the "Payments" forum and you will see both sides, but keep in mind that people are more likely to post there if they have a problem than if they have none (yet you still see a lot of people praising Fusion Cash and their reliability).

You are new, so give it some time to get familiar with the site's workings and get a few payments under your belt.  I just joined last July and I have been lucky enough through referral and other bonuses to cash out every month since then.  Never a single problem with getting the money I was owed!!! I have had a couple of issues with partial amounts denied.  Some were due to referrals who were bounced (for their own fraud or terms violations, not mine) which you just live with; some others were mistakes that Fusion Cash readily reversed and fixed upon submitting support tickets.

My word may mean nothing to you, but I can personally guarantee that Fusion Cash is not looking for excuses to not pay people who have legitimately earned using their site.  They will refuse payment if you break the rules or try to increase your payouts through fraudulent activity, and if some yellow flag pops up - they will investigate it, as they should.

But this is easily one of the most legitimate and trustworthy sites out there. There is no question about that!

I've received over $2000 and the only time I had a delayed payment was when I had to submit information for tax purposes for earning over $600 in a year.  I would rather them deny/delay payments and do things the legal way than just pay money to whoever without any proper proof of identity which can risk their business.

Since i've been on FC, I never did use check as my cashout option. I only used Paypal and now direct deposit. Never had a problem with either method.

Paypal is safe and easy.  You might want to do some research and show your dad.  Millions of people use PayPal every day with no problems.  Direct Deposit would be the next best thing (Paypal allows you to get your $$ without relvealing your bank or CC number to anyone, so I like it.)

Best of luck to you.
