do you prefer fish or red meat

i love seafood like lobster shrimp crab but i do not eat a lot of red meat  i eat a lot of chicken turkey or pork i eat red meat maybe once a month and i have loss weight by not eating the red meat plus my health is getting better because of it i also eat a lot of salads

I don't like fish much at all. as far as I wil l go is eating tuna fishi do love and shrimp and eat it every once and a while
I do like red meat but can't eat it often. I guess I prefer met over fish

I eat more chicken than anything followed by fish and then red meat. I'm cutting back on red meat for health reasons and in due time cut out meat entirely.

I used to eat much more red meat, but now don't because it is better for your health to eat fish or chicken instead.  Even better is to eat more grains and vegetables instead of any meat.  When I dine out, I eat fish or shrimp. Since I cut back on meat, my chloresterol has dropped twenty points.

I like them both. I do like raw fish like in a salad. It's called "poke" in Hawaii. Really good but I like them every once in a while. I do like red meat if it is cooked to perfection. Once it's overcooked I don't want to eat it. Hard to grind on me teeth.
