Do you know if you are eating right?

Sadly I know that i'm not eating right. I work 2 jobs, so that takes away from me cooking at home, I have been turning to fast food restaurants because of the convience. Hopefully I will be getting my bills down so that I can work 1 job and have my evenings free so that I can cook and exercise and eat healthy.

cheese and fish and then everything else after. need vit d and calcium, amino acids. Also add in multi-vitamins to get what you missing.

I try to, but sometimes it gets so confusing that you can never really tell.  I try to stay away from sugary things, things with a lot of fat content but every now and then I break down and cheat.
