This is reading cards day!
« on: February 21, 2016, 09:16:41 am »
My mom would scream at me for opening the present first before the card. I didn't get that patience taught to me, was too hard for mom. I than always opened the card first it is an introduction to the present at any kind of my parties and read them out loud too. I enjoy reading cards. Do you read the all the cards in the store? I have done this. I like receiving Christmas cards, Easter cards, Halloween cards and only the words are nice don't have to be stuffed with money or other. Love to get a Valentines card with a bit of surprise inside lol.  The cards that holds the store plastic cards or money slots are so cute lol. Do you save your cards so you can read them years later? My grandma had a decorated large box she said they are her friends. I tell my kids and friends ya don't have to buy me a card with a present cauz of the the price, only at a party. I bet it is a good idea to read the tarot cards today  :glasses-nerdy: Have a gr8 day  :present:

i was always taught to open  and read the card before opening a gift. my mother wanted cards to read aloud but i'm not crazy about that.If i had more time i would enjoy looking for the perfect card too. Even tough cards are expensive I enjoy sending cards for birthdays, Christmas and easter. :rose: :rose: :peace:

I love to read different types of occasion cards in the store.  Cards I receive from others I keep in a scrap book and like to look at them from time to time, it helps to lift my spirits if I'm having a bad day.   :angel11: :notworthy:
