Yay brown eyed people! I have dark brown eyes and a lot of that paragraph is me.

I would say that pretty much accurately describes my personality.  That was interesting to read, appreciate the post.  I had read the one about blue eyes several times on facebook but hadn't seen this one or any on brown eyes.

While I'd like to believe all that good stuff was true, I think there are lots of brown eyed people who don't even come close to that description.

It's sometimes fun and interesting to read generalized descriptions like these, but I always take them with a grain of salt because there are good and bad across all traits.  It's like horoscopes and the generalizations on the Chinese animal signs which are based on what month or year you were born.  Not EVERYONE born under the same zodiac sign or born in the same calendar year is going to have the same personality or traits, IMO.


My family and I always get a kick out of reading what each Chinese sign means --> written on the placemats at a local restaurant we visit on occasion, but when they say that one group should focus on marrying into another specific group and avoid a third group, it just makes me shake my head...


But to each their own...

I agree wholeheartedly. Eye color is a very poor criteria to judge someone by.

I realize that there is no direct correlation between the two, but each time I see this post's subject in the list of topics the Gordon Lightfoot song Rainy Day People pops into my head and I end up singing it to myself over and over for a while...  I suppose that is better than Randy Newman and Short People!

I'm a brown eyed person.  Looking at my friends who are brown eyed, I'd say it's pretty accurate. So i'll go along with this

I have brown eyes and yes I like to get to the point. I rarely will hem and haw about anything. And I darn well won't almost have to beg for something. Also when I do get mad fire  gets in my eyes.

Considering most people in the world have brown eyes, I doubt many would argue with the positive things this "eye horoscope" has to say. As someone who doesn't have brown eyes, I know for a fact there are general advantages to having them. You're less likely to be sensitive to light and have migraines if you have brown eyes, for instance.

I have brown eyes and do believe much of this is truth but there are some brown eyed people out there that are dishonest and like to play the victim. My sister always told me she could never trust in a blue or green eyed person because you can see right thru their soul...lol. I married a green eyed monster I guess!
