Does anyone have a great fondue recipe for cheese?

Wow! Haven't checked out recipes for fondue in a long time.  I had a fondue pot about a million years ago and I don't think I ever used it.

Check online if no one on FC comes up with a suggestion for you. You'll find a million recipes there (more or less). Pick the one that sounds the yummiest and give us a report.

I don't know any fondue recipes, but you've just reminded me of how good those can be. Now I want some fondue too. It's been a long time. Good luck with your search for recipes.
