Yes, many.
I just bought a black & white golf umbrella (little bit bigger than an average umbrella) for $4.95 at Home Depot.
I have a couple umbrellas with works of art on them.
I still have one from my college days that I purchased for $20 from Nordstrom... it is an automatic one that folds up so small  it can easily fit in a small purse.   

People here in my area do use umbrellas walking, I see it more & more.    I have never used one for the sun.

I have several umbrellas but never use them!  They are usually in my car trunk when I need them.  I usually just pull my jacket hood up over my head and walk fast.

I used to but they became a nuisance to me, it's easier for me to just to have a good water resistant rain coat with a good hood.

Yes I have one, I only put it in the car when, I do not want it to rain and it work really good for that.
