I love garlic, but eating too much of it gives me indigestion (I was unaware at the time). I remember buying a large bag of cloves. I kept roasting and eating them one day, they were delicious, but man...was I in pain afterwards (along with having stinky breath).

Like garlic but we don't cook at home much.  I bought some fresh garlic at the store today and want to try to think of things to make with it because it does have so many health benefits.

I live the taste of garlic.  I'll use a little garlic salt instead of regular salt to spice things up.

I like garlic too, but it can get a little overwhelming at times... I once made a roast that used garlic slices wedged into it while it roasted. Unfortunately I didn't realize that after it was done cooking, you were to remove the garlic. Thus I tried eating one of those garlic chips and ended up ruining my pallet for the meal.

I do like how versatile it is while cooking. I'm always adding it to Italian dished, Chinese stir-fry, jambalaya and other Cajun foods, soups, meat preparations, etc.

We at times use garlic, but the fresh that we get here in our dinky grocery store is not the freshest. so I do have to rely on minced garlic in a jar for some of the food I cook. Love roasted garlic and will always cook extra for other recipes . I put it in small ice cube trays with a little grapeseed oil and freeze it and then I can just drop a cube or two into what ever I am cooking. Oh yeah after the tray is frozen I dump it into a baggie. Works great.

Garlic is great. I always use a little of it in my cooking. I find that I don't require as much salt with my meals when I cook with garlic because it is so flavorful. And you can't knock the health benefits either.

I really don't eat the actual fresh garlic but I do love the garlic flavor. I usually use just the garlic powder in my cooking. I love garlic bread or garlic toast. Probably don't reap the health benefits that garlic has when using the powder but I do like it.Usually have to chew gum afterwords to mask the breath odor.
