Super Bowl?

I wasn't invited to a party this year so I call this a successful Super Bowl.

I don't plan on watching the Super Bowl.  I'm not that interested in football, although I do hope the Carolina Panthers win because I am from North Carolina.

I am a Green Bay Packer fan, living in Denver, that wins a lot of money if North Carolina wins-based on our company football pool. Confused about everything but my love for the Packers! I have been surrounded my somewhat inconsiderate fans from Minnesota and Seattle so I am pleased that they are not able to strut their stuff. I love commercials and the network is airing the fifty best Super Bowl commercials of all time-prior to the game so I am locked into the game a little earlier than normal. I love to eat but think that we will be watching the game from home so I will have to burden myself with making buffalo wings, dips, nachos and guacamole...and then cleaning it all up. I also like to have a beer or two so, being at home, I might have a few more.

I'm looking forward to the halftime show...I'm really not that much of a football fan, however I do like Super Bowl season. It's fun, it's almost like a holiday...I will be glued to Twitter for updates of the game.

I'm good with football as long as there's someone there to explain the plays and the penalties when I don't know what's going on, which admittedly, is a lot of the time. Plus I don't really feel the need to watch the entire game, but the good runs and passes can be pretty exciting. I can get wrapped up in it sometimes. 

I am not a fan mostly because I know that some of them get long term injuries.  When they get hit, I worry. I'm such a mom. Or a wimp; whatever.

I would imagine there would be some kind of risk involved, to justify the ungodly salary they get.
