Do you like olives?

I really do like olives on my salads and sandwiches by they are kinda odd tasting aren't they? Sometimes I feel like the olives (particularly the black ones) make my sandwich taste like hairspray or a medicated shampoo! But the odd thing is I actually very much like the taste of it. I'm presuming they are good for you as olive oil is good for the heart, joints, blood vessels, eyes and hair etc. My husband says his mother used to rub olive oil onto her finger nails to keep them from breaking - and she was a beautician in her youth!

I like black olives, especially during the holidays.

i never liked them but i did eat them with my grandmother when i was little..it was something me and her did..since she passed i have not ate anymore

Black olives are my favorite but I also like the green olives and the only pitted olives i'll eat are kalamata olives! Yummy! All of them are great in salads.

I enjoy them all, but have to agree with Kimber, those kalamata olives are fabulous, especially on a salad!  I actually have a jar of them in my fridge and just last night popped a few into my mouth on their own with nothing else.

I love all olives, green or black. My daughter is such a fan of black olives, if I put out a salad on the table with black olives on it a few minutes before a meal, when we got to the table, the salad would be totally black olive-less!

I love green olives, but not so much for the black ones. 

I am the opposite.  I hate green olives.  I love black olives and love the purple ones too.

Not a big fan of the black olives, but love the green & greek ones.
They have stuffed green olives with garlic at my local Sam's Club that are so delicious

Yes I like olives but like you mostly the green olives.  I like them in salads and have sliced them up to put in tuna.  I can eat the black olives but I am not crazy about them.  My hubby was the opposite - he liked the black ones and didn't care much for the green ones.

Yes, especially the green ones I usually include them in a brown rice dish that I make with green peas and tomatoes, really good. I like them on sandwiches as well.

I dont like them a lot but if you put them on pizza with a bunch of meat, I will eat them.
