Melting snow!!

Our 31 inches is really melting, we have about 6 to 8 inches on the ground.  Our weather was sunny and warmer which helped the melt!  Makes me happy to see it going.

I'm in Maine and we have had such a mild winter! We are normally inundated with snow by now and freezing our behinds off! I'm so happy with this weather! I'm glad to hear that some of your snow is melting!

I am glad to hear the "snowmageddon" is disappearing.  Hopefully, there will be no serious flooding anywhere that is happening.  Here in Michigan where I live, there is only patchy snow here and there.  It is almost gone!  And you know what, that's okay with me!!!!!!!

We lost a lot of snow last week when it was in the upper 30's and 40's. More snow coming tomorrow though. Its been a rather mild winter for Minnesota.

I to am happy to see these mounds and mounds of snow melting away, weather in our area is suppose to be warmer this week so I hope that will help, snow is not one of my favorite things so hopefully we will not experience anything else before spring comes along.

I live in southern Minnesota.  Below is our forecast  for Tuesday, February 2, 2016:
 With a storm heading this way Tuesday, the National Weather Service has issued a number of watches and warnings for Minnesota.

It seems probable that snow will hit Minnesota Tuesday. Just how much will depend on where you live.

Southwestern Minnesota is in a blizzard watch, meaning winds could reach at least 35 mph and combine with heavy snow to make conditions treacherous. The blizzard watch extends along Interstate 90 from the South Dakota border to Albert Lea.

Southeastern Minnesota could get up to a foot of snow. The Twin Cities could get up to 4 inches of snow.

South of the Twin Cities, including Faribault and Red Wing, could see up to 6 inches, the weather service said.

Significant levels of snow, sleet and high winds could make travel dangerous Tuesday in many areas.

Areas north of Brainerd could avoid the storm all together.

last week we had a foot of snow and it is starting to disappear now that it is getting warmer. being February , we still have the whole month to get through and I am sure we will get more snow

snow here in ohio is finally  all melted!!!!!!!!!!

The only thing I don't like about melting snow in the morning/afternoon from a snowstorm, is driving to work at night.. Lots of black ice.... Last/this week has been warm mid 40 and 50's and most of the snow has been gone, except for the snow mounds created by plow trucks

I live in California and we don't get snow down hear, less your going to Big Bear than there is snow there.
