What do you drink in the morning?

I have to have coffee first thing.  I usually have 2 cups while reading the paper and watching the news.  Then I go take a shower and have a glass of juice.

My one vice are the two cups of coffee I have to have soon after getting up.  I will admit, I am addicted.  But then I drink very little alcohol, gamble only once or twice a year losing no more than $20 or so, and have never smoked.  You gotta have one vice! LOL!

I always have two cups of coffee when I get up. And I might drink decaffeinated in the afternoon.  I have a Keurig and many varieties of coffee to chose from.

coffee, coffee and more coffee.       It's usually only two cups.  Occasionally I will have a third cup when I meet a friend out somewhere.  Rarely have it in the afternoons and I don't remember the last time I had it at night.

A cup of coffee hot with hazelnut creamer - I drink it with my breakfast.  I used to drink a large cup now only a small one because of heart rhythm issues.  But I have to have that one lol.

I like to drink a big cup of hot green tea. Then I try to drink water throughout the day.

I make myself stop there, and drink the third cup later heated up or iced.

I sometimes think when they take my blood at the doctor's, they only fine coffee in my veins.

A lot of folks are unaware that they have found a lot of the hype about coffee being bad for you is not true. Coffee, in moderation is very healthy.

If there is any left in the pot (which isn't often) i dump it in a plant. Black coffee is a natural plant food/nutrient.

Sometimes I will refill the pot with water, use the filter with the used grounds in there, and make a pot of watered down coffee. Will cool it with ice cubes or just by sitting, and water all my plants with it when it is cooled.

 It really makes them happy, especially my African Violet.

Pretty much all I drink all day is ice water.  I may have a glass of tea later on in the afternoon, or sugar free lemonade but that's pretty rare.  Usually just water.
