Survey
« on: January 13, 2016, 05:25:26 pm »
I just finished this survey to 99% and when it asked race it disqualified me. If that was an issue, why didn't it ask at the beginning?

I agree. That is just a poorly designed survey, no excuse for it. That question should be at the beginning with the other screening questions.

It's not poorly designed its how the people made it. There's a lot of out there like that and that is just it if your demographics don't match up right you wont qualify no matter how far through a survey you get. Oh yeah surveys do not always ask for the demographics at the start.

Been hearing a lot from others here on the forums where these surveys are being completed and then people are getting "disqualified" at the end.  Not very fair, to say the least!  I agree with you, if they were looking for a certain segment of the population, they should have asked for it in the BEGINNING of the survey so that you would have been disqualified from the start.  To me, this is just a sneaky way of some survey companies to get all the information they need to get their surveys filled, but not pay you.  Don't know if anyone else has noticed, but there are a LOT of surveys that are not paying very well anymore.  Peanut Labs for one!

It is getting very frustrating for sure. It has happened to me several times over the past few days. This is the first time I took a screenshot before clicking the next button( to get the disqualification notice) so I would have proof of how far I was in the survey. Not like everyone isn't having the same issues.

You should have been asked all the demos right up front, early on. I have had a similar thing happen to me once or twice and I was very unhappy about it, just like you. I am glad that you took a screenshot and hope that you will open a  support ticket and attach the screenshot. Possibly the client will pay you something.

What survey was it?
