do you feel kids grow up to fast

it is hard to think my baby will be 18 in 34 days and she will be going to college do not get me wrong i am very proud of her she has become a young lady to be proud of and she has been through so much she grew up to fast for my liking it feels like i just had her yesterday which i no i did not  but i no i got to let her go on and make a life for her self

Yes! I feel like yesterday my oldest son was born and that was 26 years ago! My youngest is 9, so I am cherishing every second because with my oldest I felt it was very rushed, maybe because I was so young when I had him. I do know that when I had my 9 yr old in my 30's, I felt more relaxed and not rushed. I do miss them being little tho!

When I had my two sons, everyone used to say in the early days "appreciate them now because they grow up really fast!". I wished someone had said "I'm not just making polite conversation when I say this. They grow up really fast!". My oldest son is now 11 and I realize he will be going to junior high school soon. I felt like they were difficult to look after when they were young. They were very energetic and exhausting! I remember wishing the day away until my husband would come home from work. Now I wished I had taken a breath and appreciated the moment!

Kids grow up fast, and before we realize that they are not little anymore. I wish I could go back to the time when they were babies.

way too fast...both my daughters are close to 40 and my 2 granddaughters are 14 and 11...miss them being little

yes they grow up  fast I have a 34,30 and 24 yr old lordy i'm ancient.there are sometimes in life when you can't wait for them to mature  get past the terrible 2's or teen years .Now am enjoying my grown kids who are having their own and they are probably wishing they won't grow up so fast.
