Let's start a story.

smiling ear to ear she accepted. But then...

...she decided that she wanted pretzels instead...

so she asked him if she could have both and a soda pop to go with.

The kind old man was a little annoyed.  "Look here oh young one.  Back in my day if someone offered you a gift you took it, said thank you, and certainly didn't ask for more.  Now would you like me to get you that bag of chips?"  The little girl obviously was not use to being told no.  She was so surprised by his response......

"I'd like to help. Let me buy those chips for you. What else can I do?"

maybe a drink to go with the chips..thank you so kindly..you are so very nice

I'll have a lemon-lime please!

Sadly, all they had was root beer.

So the little girl took her chips and her root beer and got to thinking, now that I have eaten and had something to drink, what should I do next?

She decides to walk to the zoo to see the monkeys...

as she's watching the brown spider monkeys, one of them throws a corn cob at her.  Being a thoughtful little girl, she picked it up and put it in the nearby trash can.  As she was about to walk away, she spots a twenty dollar bill but...

does not pick it up, because somebody else got it before  her. She goes to a nearby restroom, where she meets her friend. Her friend says, ........

"I've been waiting forever...what took you so long?"

"I've been waiting forever...what took you so long?"

"I was getting us some snacks," said the girl with a smile.
