What are you chasing, have you really ever thought about it?

Some people spend all of their life spinning their wheels to work to have THINGS, then they worry to pay for them. They quickly get depressed when they can't pay them, which causes them to work another job just to have more STUFF. And some never truly find the true meaning of life. (Enter into Rest)

The world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world.

If you're chasing the things of this world, these thing will eventually rot, fade, break or people will even steal them from you.....then you will continue chasing money to buy these things again. (A continuous cycle)Start chasing God and you will begin to store up treasure for Heaven, because wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.

i don't chase after anything in life .Never chase after things only buy what i need and even then don't like buying it.sometimes i want to learn about History,Science thanks to the internet you can really learn alot if you want. I would chase after a good cup of coffee thats about it.

At 62 years old have more or less stopped the chasing - my hubby of 34 years passed away 3 years ago so if God brought someone else my way that would be nice but it would have to be God that brought him.  I would like to remodel my house because it is in need of repair but God is going to have to send the money so I don't know.  I would like to be healed of my chronic pain and mobility issues but that is up to God as well.  I want to live a long happy healthy life but all of this is up to God.

Jesus said to keep on seeking the kingdom of God first and all other things will be added to you.

I will be the first to admit in this selfish,demonic,independent man-made world we live in now its NOT EZ!!Many distractions Satan has put before us and because of Adamic sin its NOT EZ!!

I have to keep reminding myself this isnt the REAL life God gave us!!My poor mother-in-law is 87 yrs old and dying right now and i see the sadness my wife has.And understanding that completely because the bible defines death as an enemy of us all.

      I am chasing "happiness" in this life. Not everybody believe what is written in the Bible. I believe in "private property rights" and will defend everything that I have work so hard for in this life. I agree: "There are a lot of thieves out there". They are all law breakers that do not respect others' people property rights. As far as "happiness" is concerned, you are responsible to make your own.
