My Situation
« on: October 23, 2007, 03:42:27 pm »
Heres what happened 4 of my offers expired for a total of almost 15 dollars. The next day Fusioncash changes the TOS to 180 days instead of 90 days. So shouldnt i get my money back based on the current TOS. If my money hadnt expired i would have enough money to cash out. H€owever by the TOS now my money never should have even expired. So shouldnt i get my money back. When i completed the offers fusion got money for me doing it, but if they take my money away only they get credit for it. But the thing that makes me mad is they should not be expired and i should be able to cash out.

What do you guys think about this?

If it were truly the next day I would open a support ticket.  Fusion is pretty fair when it comes to situations such as that.

Yeah, I agree with Madd4Money. If it was literally the very next day, definitely open a support ticket.

I haven't personally sought help from the Fusion Cash support team or anything, but from what I've seen around here on the forums, they seem pretty reasonable and not too hard to work with. Just give it a try. :]

Yea i opened a support ticket about it so just waiting now.

The thing that sucks is that if tthey hadnt expired i could cash out.
If i was just stuck on those 15 dollars and was never gonna be interested in cashing out it wouldnt be a big deal but i kinda do want the money i earned lol
