To be more humble
To not let everything stress me
To control my emotions
To pray more
And a slew of other goals.

Taking better care of myself was a personal goal of mine this year also, how are you doing on that goal so far?  What are you doing to take better care of yourself?

I want to improve my health.........and do better on the goals I have set in the past.  Take better care of ME.

I need to work harder to be more humble but I've been doing great with avoiding overwhelming myself (I was severely guilty of that in the past and had a stress induced heart attack December 2014).

My heart is pretty free from hatred. It is difficult for me not to worry because I have people that depend on me and am in a position where I can not let my guard down without letting someone down. I live as simply as possible and dare anyone (other than Tibetan monks) to live a more sparse life than me. I have my meals calculated to cost less than one dollar each, have worn the same boots for over six years and my clothes are all second hand or from Costco. I gave substantially in 2015 and anticipate topping that in 2016.  All gifts that I give include a small donation to/memento from well run charities. I live a very minimalist life so my expectations are far from being outlandish. I have begun to be more patient with my sixteen year old son and am realizing that he needs to start employing better decisions.

I'm impressed and empowered by the active steps you have taken to get your life to where you want it to be, good job!!
