I didn't get credited for an offer that I am SURE I completed

Hi! I'm very new to FusionCash. This is only my third day. FusionCash is a great website, but I have been having one problem that is really bugging me: Many times I do not receive credit for the offers that I complete. I have cookies enabled, I complete the offer EXACTALLY as it states, and I even leave the final page open for a couple of minutes. Also, I didn't just wait 30 seconds. I waited 2 days. I'm not sure if this is a bug or I did something wrong. If anyone could give me some advice, it would be great! Thanks so much and have a great New Year's Day!

Welcome to Fusion Cash. I have been with FC and it's a great site -- it is legit.

If you have a mac, don't use safari.  Sometimes safari credits but other times, it does not. I use safari for my daily email and then I change to chrome.

It might help if you name the offers that are not crediting. Maybe myself or other members might be able to advise then. Which offers are not crediting? It sounds like you are getting for some other. Am I right?

Hi! Thanks for answering! Unfortunately I can't recall the names of the offers that didn't credit, but pretty much at least half of all the ones I have done so far have not credited. And yes, I did EXACTALLY what they said to do and I've waited several days. Also, I am using an HP computer running with Windows. I'm not sure if that helped :P.

The next time that you do not get credit, make a note of the offer. Post that offer in the subject line and explain what you did and what happened or did not happen. Also, you can open a support ticket after 7 days of completing an offer and not getting credit. Maybe support can help.
