I saw but i wasn't that impressed. It's better than episodes 1, 2 and 3 but can't beat the original trilogy.

yeah, im just waiting for the dvd to come out, then i'll buy it real soon, i wasnt into going to the theatre, because you could get mob robbed or shot

I have seen it twice already in theatres because my boyfriend is a major Star Wars fan. I like them though, but I am not as crazy about them as he is. I thought the movie though was good to be directed by Disney.

I was reading a fan blog the other day, and I may have to reassess my original reaction... Not that I think worse about the movie after reading the blog, but the exact opposite. In my previous comment, I had mentioned that there seemed to be plot holes in it, but that blog article not only seemed to resolve some of those holes, but also put the whole story in a new light (and by "whole story", I mean all of the movies including the prequels). For one thing, some things that didn't make sense in this movie make much more sense when the entire saga is considered; so there are fewer accidental plot-holes and more purposeful "Easter Eggs". The main point in the article was that the Star Wars saga has some very specific elements in it, such as the sides of an issue are a clear black / white dichotomy, and that the stories are very cyclical. Now having read that article, I'm really tempted to rewatch the movie again to see whether this fan's hypothesis is accurate as well as to see if I could spot other things added that would help to corroborate that theory.
