Oh yes the benefits can be inside and outside of the body. Cocoa powders is a superfood, from sleep-calmness to decrease cravings and lose weight, to makes a good skin conditioner. I didn't know yesterday was National Cocoa Day but I happened to have a cup outside last night while chatting with my neighbor. It was a beautiful evening and a perfect way to spend it (good company and drinking cocoa).
