Yes, I love egg whites. They work for me and my health goals. I use them when cooking, baking, and for breakfast.

I'm with the old you and don't think I would like it.  It does make a difference what you put on the omelet though.  That can make or break the taste.

No way, I want the whole egg.  It's actually healthier for you.  The yolk contains iodine and other essential nutrients.  Dr Oz says eat the yolks.  They're healthier for you than the cheese.  :glasses-nerdy:
