As for window washer, I haven't a clue as I don't use that perticular program. I use ccleaner and it works great.

You can download ccleaner at www.ccleaner.com.  Its free and it cleans your cookies.  Cookies are files that are placed on your computer from Sponsors.  You need to clean them frequently so that your offers will credit.  Some people clean them after each offer, others once a day, usually when they are done with offers for the day. 

Things work differently for people on GPT sites.  You need to try different ways to see which works best for you.
