Tonight we had leftover pork roast with carrots and potatoes.

My friends and I went to eat chinese food after working out. We had salt/pepper shrimp, beef chow fun, and rice soup.

We went out to Applebee's for dinner.

I have not had much energy this week so dinner tonite is going to be one I don't have to "cook".  Rotisserie chicken from the nearby grocery store, some baked beans and Michelina mac & cheese.  (Bonus: cheaper & healthier than KFC!)

We had Mexican Rice and hamburger for our dinner.

We are eating leftover Thanksgiving turkey and dumpling soup. Man I think I am tired of eating this bird. Just so much meat we had to share some with the next door neighbor. We had some family members who could not make it because of the weather so we over compensated. All good, families are safe and that's the main point!!

Since I spent all money baking. Am starting on the Christmas baking and putting it in the freezer. We had a chili pie . It was hot and tasty. tonight we will have the left of the roasted chicken from yesterday with the trimmings  Yep left overs in other words. Sure glad hubby likes them.
