What do you think is the main reason it is so hard to find a job?

I mean besides the recession wat else do you think is hard about finding a job?

The whole concept of having a college degree and a lot of experience for an entry level job. But it makes you think how in the world can you get that position when all others jobs want the same years of experience, you wonder where else can you get that experience!(working in fast food, the department stores etc., won't help much)
