I'm sorry that you have so many issues, but that doesn't seem to be the norm with them. Some companies are notorious about having bad customer service. I rarely have to contact them but when I do it's always been easy, quick and efficient. I've had to return products and report issues never receiving and always get refunded in a timely manner

Never dealt with the customer service area before, but I have always loved amazon!

Honestly I have had extremes. Really really good, or really really bad. Have had situations where it was one or the other.

I had no problems with Amazon Customer Service. But not sure if being a Prime member (Student) changes how Amazon treats customers. Amazon used to reimburse me on items that would arrive late or damage (usually Amazon credit), fix the pricing of a black friday deal, and solve duplicate orders.
