I know I went to the mall the other day and saw nothing but Christmas decorations, haven't even celebrated Halloween or Thanksgiving. And basically if you don't buy winter clothes now you won't find them when winter is actually here.

I can't believe how much Christmas stock stores already have! I saw Halloween stuff getting shelved as early as August, and now it's Christmas galore... My partner works as a stocker in Michael's and it's pretty much 60% Christmas merch over there right now!  I just want my Halloweeeeeen! 

It is less than 2 months til Christmas.  Only a month til most everyone who plans to decorate will have decorated.  It's not too early for stores to have the stuff out.  It is usually just in one section of the store so if it bothers people they can avoid that section.  I am not sure why people get so upset by decorations being out when they are.

everywhere you look is holiday sales on trees just about everything is on sale so i took the chance to buy up some things i new i would buy and yes i did save a lot of money but my god halloween is not here yet

I don't care if it's early in the season.  Seeing all the decorations from Halloween to Christmas puts me "in the mood!"  I love it!

Yes it is funny everything for Christmas out before Halloween, but it worked for me since I need it a new Christmas tree so I went to K-Mart and put it on layaway, but it gets me in a good mood to see that another year has gone, and this year was fast

I noticed that the stores I shop at stock their shelves quite a bit early.I love to shop and get holiday items on sale.

i dont mind that they have christmas stuff out early gives me a chance to get it on sale before they jack the price up.

They do not put it on sale now and then "jack up the price" closer to the holidays.  If anything the closer it gets to the holiday the better chance it will be on sale.

So that you have it when you need it? Some like to plan ahead.

Yes it seems the Christmas shopping season starts earlier and earlier every year.  I for one don't start xmas shopping until after Thanksgiving, no chance I would start before Halloween.

If you can get things more reasonable then the actual month of the holiday (which usually has the items priced up) then go for it. You save money you have more to spend or save or what not and pretty much you all win you the store and your budget

It's usually the opposite. The month of the holiday things are picked over, and then put on sale. That's when I like to find the deals for future years.
