I thought about dressing up as Big Ben for Halloween this year. How do I do that? Remember, Big Ben is not the name of the eminent clock tower in London but rather the bell in the tower.

I was making a poor joke that only football fans would likely catch.  Big Ben is the nickname of the Pittsburgh Steelers starting QB, who is currently injured and who they REALLY COULD HAVE USED last night against the hated team from Baltimore!   Grrrrrrrr!

No, you idiot. The clock tower is called Elizabeth Tower. It used to be called St. Stephen's Tower or just Clocktower. Many people think Big Ben is the name of the clock tower; I think that's because you can't point out a bell in a clock tower.
